Dr Benner is a chiropractor with an exceptional level of experience (over 30 years). He has been in practice in Swansea and West Wales including the Werndale Hospital in Bancyfelin and at the NHS facility in Pontardulais and in addition the Nuffield Hospital in Hereford.

In 2009 Dr Benner decided he wanted to refresh his academic career by returning to a formal university course in education. He successfully completed the further education teaching diploma from the University of Warwick in 2011. Part of his teacher training involved working with the complementary medicine department at the Royal National College of the Blind (RNC) in Hereford.

Dr Benner integrates his teaching background with his chiropractic practice by involving his patients in improving their health by lifestyle changes, diet, and exercise. He also presents educational sessions to groups of health professionals interested in chiropractic.
