Practice Survey Results

Commencing in March, 2024, I initiated a survey among patients of this practice to gather their feedback on how to enhance our practice website at www.drlawrencebennerchiropractor.co.uk. Here are the findings:

1. Online Booking System: Patients found our online booking system easy to use, enabling them to schedule treatment visits with simplicity. New appointment slots are consistently updated throughout the day. When appointments are booked an email or text message is sent as confirmation. This is not automated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) it is created manually and sent to you.
2. Professional Fees: The professional fees on the website are presented clearly and are easily understandable to patients.
3. Treatment Conditions: The website effectively communicates the various conditions that we treat, ensuring transparency for our patients.
4. Clinic Locations: Patients find value in the provision of clinic locations along with maps for easy navigation.
5. Website Navigation: The website's navigation bar was found to be easily accessible on Chrome browsers. However, it exhibited some challenges when accessed using Mozilla Firefox.
6. Browsability: Overall, the website offers good "browsability" on mobile phones and performs excellently on laptop and desktop computers.

Given these favorable survey results, we will continue to monitor and improve our website. We welcome any further recommendations for enhancements from our patients. Your feedback is highly valuable in ensuring that we provide the best online experience for our practice.
